TradeRanger was built by contractors who got tired of running a coatings business on six apps that don't talk to each other.
We've been installing concrete coatings since 2015 — Xano521 in Central Florida, and MadJack Concrete Coatings in Northeast Tennessee since 2022. Along the way we learned what our friends in the industry keep telling us too: systems make or break a business that wants to scale. If you can't measure it, you can't improve it.
We tested dozens of platforms. Every one fell short. None covered the whole business, so we ended up entering the same customer into four different apps and paying per-user fees on all of them.
Then there's what we call the stupid tax — what it costs you when details fall through the cracks. The custom chip order nobody placed. About the founder. TradeRanger's founder and developer is a former U.S. Army Ranger who served nearly ten years with the 1st Ranger Battalion. For more than a decade since, he's worked in the trades — bringing the discipline, pride, and standard of quality expected of a special operations soldier to an industry that rewards all three. He's since teamed up with people a lot smarter than himself to build TradeRanger's CoatingsBOS.
